Daath and SELVA Talks are pleased to invite you to the Hungarian Psychedelic Conference.

The process often referred to as the “psychedelic renaissance” has accelerated remarkably worldwide since the mid-2010s. While the approval of MDMA as a medical treatment is still pending in many regions, psilocybin-assisted therapies, ketamine clinics, ayahuasca retreats, and psychedelic therapist training programs have already become accessible in numerous countries.

Despite limited political, economic, and social opportunities, Hungary is also part of these developments. Although human resources remain limited, the country maintains valuable connections with the international psychedelic community and research landscape.

The Second Hungarian Psychedelic Conference aims to provide a broad overview of the current state of psychedelic research, practice, and community initiatives in Hungary. Through this scientific, cultural, and community-oriented event, participants will gain insight into ongoing activities, current developments, and future perspectives within the field.

As part of our collaboration with PSI Pain Clinic, we support professional exchange in the field of ketamine-assisted therapy. Current scientific evidence suggests that ketamine, when administered under controlled medical conditions, may offer a promising treatment option for individuals with treatment-resistant depression. Together, we are committed to evidence-based education, research, and the responsible development of therapeutic applications.

A recent study—although conducted with a relatively small number of participants—once again confirms the antidepressant effects of psilocybin. Particularly noteworthy is that these findings have now been documented by another independent research group, further strengthening the growing body of evidence in this field.
